  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Karachi: 1–3 business days
  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available). You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Issues

Zaidify.pk is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, Zaidify.pk ships within Pakistan only, unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
